Evans Shattering Records

Heady company.
Yeah, sure, the Bucs have a shot at the playoffs. More like a Powerball Lottery shot.
But there is something to play for.
That would be the record books for both America’s Quarterback, Pro Bowler Jameis Winston, and for receiver Mike Evans.
Jameis has a shot at being an NFL benchmark. Then there is also the case of Evans.
The third-year receiver has already been named to the Pro Bowl and needs two touchdowns to break his own record for most Bucs touchdown catches in a regular season. Evans currently has 11 and his team record is 12.
Additionally, Evans is tied at No. 10 all-time with Isaac Curtis, Joey Galloway, Terrell Owens and Andre Rison for most touchdown catches in a player’s first three NFL seasons. The more touchdowns Evans can haul in Sunday, the higher up that list he will climb.

With no other weapons around him. Calvin Johnson broke all kinds of franchise records, and was so beat up that he had a very short career!!!!!!

The Jameis to Mike connection should be even more deadly next season with another high quality receiver (Mike Williams, Corey Davis, John Ross … or a free agent like Alshon Jeffrey or Terelle Pryor … or even just a speedster like Kenny Stills) on the opposite side.

The Chiefs would have to trade Hill, Kelcey and PICKS just to get Evans … or any of the “Big 5” receivers in the NFL: Evans, Brown, Jones, OBJ, Green
